At My Montessori Consultant, our mission is to provide personalized educational consulting services to staff, administrators, and Boards.  We are committed to providing all Stakeholders with the guidance and advice they need to be successful.  No one is ever too old to stop learning.  Ultimately, we want your school, staff, Board, and self to operate independently, confidently, and orderly, just as Maria Montessori intended.

Our team of experienced consultants  has a diverse background in Montessori education, business, and other fields. We bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our partners.  Melinda Cotter, former Montessori teacher, Head of School in the non-profit and for-profit sector, and Board member, brings 20 years of experience to lead her team of consultants.

We offer a wide range of educational consulting services including staff development, parent education, school operations guidance, accreditation preparation, board counseling and training, crisis management, and staffing recommendations.  We design a plan and timeline that meets your needs while maintaining awareness of your budget.

All communications, from your inquiry to initial consultation to the project itself, will remain anonymous.  Proprietary information will never be shared amongst schools and competitors. We understand that many of our conversations and shared experiences are sensitive in nature.  You will never work with a consultant that has had prior employment or engagements with your business.
